This was one of the few places open in the early morning and is located at the corner of the food court. They offer a great variety of food, snacks, and drinks including fresh omelettes, sandwiches, cool signature coffee drinks, and more! We had their breakfast croissant and it was great. Edward took our order and he was the best. Super nice, attentive, and great customer service! Highly recommend!
I had the Spartan wrap (Vegetarian) and it was very tasty. Great portion size with a full omlette in the wrap. Staff was busy but quick and friendly.
Delicious and wonderful experience. New standard for airport food has been set. Staff was pleasant and super fast despite the big line! Chicken & Brie sandwich was hot, melted and delicious. Mushroom Banh Mi was great as well. Awesome flavors and quality ingredients. Thanks for a great lunch.
I was served by Jayjay and he made a great suggestion on a sandwich, I would not have normally ordered. But to my pleasant surprise, I completely enjoyed the chicken with pickled beets on a freshly toasted bun. I will be back in the future to try any of what JayJay may suggest. (The 3stars for the atmosphere is because it was at a airport)Thank you
La Prep Social Bistro is one of my wife's go-to spots in Gate A area. She has gotten sandwiches and cookies here many times in the past. The sandwiches always tasted fresh and yummy. The kids love the cookies and always run to La Prep Social Bistro when they see it. From the options available around, if you're looking for a quick simple meal, La Prep Social Bistro is your best bet.
Refreshing to find excellent real food in an airport that is not a ‘burger’! Thank you to Edward and Priya for the best Chai Lattes with Almond milk ever and the Cuban is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! Gourmet! Made up for the delays we had to get this far - thank you! Go see them for real food! No offence to anyone I love burgers too - just refreshing menu change!

I usually find good vegetarian options That have salads for vegan options. I’ve asked them to prepare special sandwiches in the past.
